(doors open at 6:30pm)
What is Coffee House Night - Open Mic Style? Picture a
laid back atmosphere - a place where friends get together and enjoy desserts,
beverages and the amazing talent of our friends.
Everyone is welcome to participate - all ages, every talent,
members, non-members, friends and family. From the youngest who just
wrote their first poem to the oldest who is an experienced performer - everyone
will be included! Dancers, actors, musicians, storytellers, magicians, group
acts - we invite you to participate!
We need the following volunteers for open mic night - please
sign up below!
1 Day of
Set Up is February 21 at 4:30 pm. This is getting last minute items
pulled together: coffee prepared with cream and sugar available, setting
out candles on the tables, putting out sign up sheets, etc.
2 Tech
help - we need tech help starting at 4:30 pm to set up our mics, do sound
checks and get any last minute technical problems ironed out.
3 Bakers
- we love our sweets! Bake any type of treat and bring it that evening.
Items need to arrive by 6.45. If you are attending the Mitzvah
that day or are coming to services the night before, please bring your treats
and label them for the Coffee House.
4 Clean
up - we need to clean everything up! More people make this short work!
Start at the end of the evening, 10pm.
5 Performers!
Doors open at 6:30. There will be no rehearsals.
